Petriot.com provides a marketplace for businesses to list their American products for sale, but we do not warehouse any of the products sold through our website. Shipping details (such as charges, couriers, and delivery times) for all products are therefore determined by the respective Sellers of those products. When an order is placed on Petriot.com, we immediately contact the respective Seller and inform them of the order. We ask that all Sellers on Petriot.com ship their products within three business days of order placement and to submit a shipment notification to you through our website. If you have any questions or concerns about your Petriot.com order, or have not received notification of shipment within three business days, please do not hesitate to contact us at customersupport@petriot.com. We will investigate further, and get back to you right away!
