It is free to join and there are no periodic membership fees – we work strictly on a low commission for selling your items. At Petriot, we want you to know that we are truly here for you. Seller Requirements

In order to be approved as a Seller on Petriot, your company must fulfill the following requirements:

  • You must be a formal business entity (LLC, Corp., etc.) duly organized in one of the 50 states, as recognized by the United States Internal Revenue Service. There will be no exceptions.
  • The products you sell as Made in USA must be substantiated by the Federal Trade Commission’s standard for such goods. For more information, please visit http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/edu/pubs/business/adv/bus03.shtm.

Getting Started: Setting up Your Account

Joining Petriot and setting up your Seller account is quick and easy, and it is absolutely free to you! The process begins with our Seller Signup page, where you get to tell us about yourself and your business. Here, you will also be able to create a username and password, and provide contact info for your business. And lastly, you may upload your company logo (or a picture of your business, or yourself), and you get to choose your own Petriot URL!

Building Your Portfolio of Products and Selling on Petriot

Once you have established your account, you are ready to begin uploading your catalog of products and selling on Petriot. This will be accomplished via your Admin Panel, which is both capable and very user-friendly. You will be able to quickly customize your product photos, options, and descriptions, as well as check informative sales reports on your products.

We pay all of our Sellers via PayPal, so this is effortless and automatic. When a customer purchases one of your products, we take care of the transaction for you, notify you that your product needs to be shipped, and then transfer the due money directly to your account. That’s all there is to it!

Doing Business with Your Customers

Our role is to build the bridge between you and your customers, providing the business platform and facilitating the transactions. We wish to help you sell your American products, and to boost your brand and reputation as much as we can. And while doing this, we do not wish to restrict your business model, so we allow you the freedom to handle shipping and product returns in the way you see fit.
